9.  Delivery and Delivery charges
All mail is posted 2nd Class or Royal Mail 48 and usually within 24 hours.  At busier times this may take longer.  This normally takes 3–5 working days.  For urgent deliveries or orders outside of the UK please contact us at sales@arlies.co.uk and request a quote.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order.  It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).  We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed.  You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you.  Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. See also delivery info.
10.  Missing/Lost Items
If your item has not arrived within the period expected, please advise us as soon as possible.  Please note that for UK domestic orders, Royal Mail do not class an item as missing/lost until after 15 working days.  For international orders this is 25 working days.
If your order is reported as missing/lost we will liaise with Royal Mail to try and locate your order and Royal Mail may contact you directly to confirm non-receipt of goods.
We do require you to wait the specified time as stipulated by Royal Mail but we would appreciate it if you could keep us informed sooner rather than later.
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver a parcel they usually leave a card for the item to be picked up at your relevant Sorting Office.  At times customers have found these cards late as they have gone under a mat, mixed with other mail etc and by the time this is realised Royal Mail have returned the item to us.  Please ensure you check for delivery cards, your garages, sheds and neighbours or anywhere that you may have asked for parcels to be left.  We also ask that you check with the relevant Sorting Office on more than one occasion.
Should items be returned to us as they have not been able to be delivered we will refund you, however, the cost of postage/courier service will not be refunded.  This will apply even if you qualify for no delivery charges (free shipping).

12.  Risk and ownership
