What is your minimum order?
There is no minimum order.

Are all products on the website in stock?
Generally all the items listed are goods that we have in stock.  Occasionally an error may have occurred in our stock control system.  If you have ordered a product that for some reason we no longer have in stock, we will email you with the option of waiting for the item to come back into stock or cancelling your order.

Can I mix and match between sections?
Yes of course, you can buy as many items from as many sections as you like.  Postage for your total purchase will be combined to cover the cost of actual postage and not individually charged. 

How can I pay?
Payment can be made online using PayPal or your credit/debit card.

How do I pay with PayPal?
You will be transferred directly to your PayPal account once your order details are confirmed.  PayPal payments can be in the form of credit cards, your PayPal account balance or a bank account linked directly to your PayPal account.

Is my credit card and account information secure?
Arlies is a safe and secure site.  We have advanced SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and authentication software in place to ensure that your credit card and account details remain secure.  Once you proceed to checkout you will see that the lock icon appears in the address bar.  The certificate that is used to encrypt the connection also contains information about the identity of the website owner or organization.  You can click the lock to view the identity of the website.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or changed if they have not been shipped.  Please be aware that orders are generally shipped within one working day, so it is advisable to call us on 01446 774263 as soon as possible when you want to cancel or change an order.  Emails are only picked up sporadically throughout the day and could be missed so please telephone us to ensure that your change or cancellation is dealt with as quickly as possible.

How long will it take to despatch my order?
We endeavour to despatch all orders on either the same day or by the next working day.  At busier times this may take longer. 

Do I pay for returns?
Yes, the customer pays for all returns.  We suggest you obtain proof of postage.  Please see delivery info for more details.
